Gilt- and blindstamped decoration, the title gilt to the front cover and the spine, turn-ins with a gilt Greek-style scroll. 158 (of 165) pages, with 50 (of 52) plates. Apart from these omissions in good condition, foxing to the margins and a restored binding, most of the gilt has come off, now a mostly blindstamped cover. The corners bumped, the hinges rubbed.
